This bedroom to rent is in a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment to share with the primary tenant (lady in her 40's) and most of the times one student in his 20's.
It is located on Eastern Parkway between Classon and Washington Avenue in front of the Brooklyn Museum - Prospect Heights.

The entire apartment has wood floors (except the bathroom and the kitchen where it is tiled).

The entrance door opens up into a L shape hallway that leads you straight to the bedroom to rent (privacy/quiet) and on the right to the rest of the apartment.

The bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, a sofa, a closet, a desk with two chairs, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a microwave. It has wood floors and a window facing the wall of the building.

The separated kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, all the cookware needed and a dining table with chairs. The window faces Eastern Parkways as well as the Brooklyn Museum.

The bathroom has a shower in the tub, a sink with a mirror, a window and a toilet. It is accessible through the kitchen.

Transportation: The building is surounded by different train stations (2, 3, 4, 5 , S)

Neighborhood: Prospect Heights is a neighborhood in the northwest of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The traditional boundaries are Flatbush Avenue to the west, Atlantic Avenue to the north, Eastern Parkway – beginning at Grand Army Plaza – to the south, and Washington Avenue to the east.

Along the southern boundary, Eastern Parkway, from Grand Army Plaza to Washington Avenue is reminiscent of Manhattan's Fifth Avenue "Museum Mile". Immense, opulent buildings line the north side of the parkway, and the south side features the Brooklyn Public Library, Mount Prospect Park (not to be confused with Prospect Park), the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the recently renovated Brooklyn Museum. To its north lies Fort Greene, to the south, Prospect Park, to its west, Park Slope and to its east, Crown Heights.
